Your permission might be needed * (please choose one of the options below) You should be able to use electricity simply by switching the circuit breakers to the "on" position. If, however, you are planning to begin using electricity from today but your electricity will not work even after switching the circuit breakers on, please call your local TEPCO office. If you plan to begin using electricity at your new residence in the near future, but your electricity will not work even after switching the circuit breakers on, a TEPCO staff member will visit your residence. With your permission, we will have the staff member connect your electricity in your absence (in this case, please make sure that all electrical heating appliances are switched off, and that all other measures have been taken to prevent electrical fires).
Method of payment *(Please choose one of the options belowIf you wish to have your electricity bill deducted automatically from your bank account, please fill out either: the open account application form left in your new residence; an automatic deduction form at the financial institution or post office that you wish to use; or a form at any TEPCO office. Please note that you will be sent payment forms for payment as normal until such time as the automatic deduction application procedure is completed.
