Report with regards to "Policy on the mid term security" for the Units 1 to 4 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station to Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (2)
We received, from Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency at the Ministry 
of Economy, Trade and Industry, an instruction document* entitled 
"Compatibility for "Policy on the mid term security" concerning the 
Units 1 to 4 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station of Tokyo Electric 
Power Company (instruction)" and were instructed* by the Minister of 
Economy, Trade and Industry to report on a plan of how we operate and 
manage our facilities based on the "Policy on the mid term security". 
                                       (Previously announced on October 3)

On October 17, based on these instructions, we submitted a report that 
summarizes the contents of the plan concerning the operation and management 
of our facilities written in below and the results of evaluations on the 
security of the facilities to NISA.

· Water injection equipments for Reactor Pressure Vessel / Primary 
  Containment Vessel
· Nitrogen gas injection system for Primary Containment Vessel
· Spent fuel pool etc.
· Boric acid injection system for Reactor Pressure Vessel / Primary 
  Containment Vessel
· Treatment system for high level radioactive contaminated water, 
  Accumulate facilities(tank etc.), Storage facilities for sludge, Storage
  facilities for used cesium adsorption vessel and concerned facilities
  (transport pipe, transport pump etc.)
· The building which is storing (including accumulating) high level 
  radioactive contaminated water, etc. 
· Power networks
· The Probabilistic Safety Assessment(PSA) about the water injection 
  system for reactor

Since then we have summarized again the above-mentioned contents of the plan 
and the result of the evaluation on security, by considering opinions 
received in hearing meetings, and reported them to NISA on November 9 and 
December 6.
                       (Previously announced on November 9 and December 7)

We have newly organized a report with regards to the contents of the plan 
concerning the operation and management of the following facilities and the 
results of evaluations on the security of the facilities, and reported to 
NISA today.

· Nuclear Reactor Primary Containment Vessel
· Management of Solid Radioactive Waste such as debris contaminated 
  by radioactive materials
· Fuel removal from Spent Fuel Pools
· Spent Fuel Common Pool etc.
· Temporary storage facility for Spent Fuel Dry Cask 
· Monitoring Room / Control Room

This report will be examined by the government hereafter.

We will continuously organize the contents of the plan concerning the 
operation and management of other facilities and the results of evaluations 
on the security of the facilities and report to NISA in an immediate way.
