Incorrect Data in the Report of Results of Comprehensive Evaluation (Primary Evaluation) regarding Safety on Unit 1 and Unit 7 of Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Station to NISA
We have reported the results of the comprehensive safety evaluation 
(primary evaluation) to the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency (NISA) on 
January 16, 2012, per instructions received from NISA on July 22, 2011, 
titled, "Comprehensive Evaluation of Existing Nuclear Power Reactor 
Facilities after the Accident at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station, 
Tokyo Electric Power Co., Inc., (Instruction)".  
                         (Announced on July 22, 2011, and January 16, 2012) 

Currently, while in the process of preparing documentation for an 
inspection we came across some incorrect data (5 inaccuracies) * in the 
report.  
However, we also confirmed that these 5 inaccuracies do not affect the 
evaluation results. 

We will continue to verify whether there is any other incorrect data, and 
take careful measures to maintain accuracy in future reports.

* Confirmation of 5 pieces of incorrect data in some parts of the report 
  On January 23, 2012, we announced the Correction in "Report of Results of 
  Comprehensive Evaluation (Primary Evaluation) regarding Safety on Unit 1  
  and Unit 7 of Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Station to NISA", however, 
  the announcement was made due to the correction of the attachments. This 
  is the first announcement concerning the corrections made to the report.
