This is follow-up information on bleeding on the heat insulator around connecting pipe between H1 and H2 tanks at F area tank (on the north of Unit 6) at Fukushima Daiichi NPS.
We removed and examined the questioned heat insulator around the connecting pipe (polyethylene), and found no leakage.
Judging from this, we regard the questioned bleeding as rainwater or dew condensation water.
