Q I'm moving out of my old residence and moving into my new residence on different days. Can I arrange electricity services around this?
Q When preparing to move, I threw out all my electricity consumption notices so I don't know my customer number. Can I still arrange to transfer electricity services?

Changing account names
Q Our electricity services contract is currently in my father's name and the bill is automatically deducted from his bank account. However, I would like to change these from my father to me.
Changing ampere capacity
Q I would like to change the ampere capacity of my account. How much will this cost?
Q The contract says that ampere capacity can only be modified where TEPCO-only
circuit breakers are in use. How can I tell whether my new place has TEPCO-only
circuit breakers or not?
Q I use an air-conditioner to cool my place in the summer and heat it in the winter so I would like to increase ampere capacity for those two seasons only. Can I do this?
Q What actually happens when a 20-ampere breaker is replaced with a 40-ampere one? Does it mean I use half as much electricity?
