 Revision of the Year-end Financial Forecasts (April 1st, 2009 - March 31st, 2010),

  Non-consolidated
 Revision of the Year-end Financial Forecasts (April 1st, 2009 - March 31st, 2010),
  Non-consolidated
The Reason for the Revision
Regarding both consolidated and non-consolidated 1st half financial results of FY2009,
although operating revenues decreased due to a drop in electricity sales volume and
unit sales price which was adjusted downward based on the fuel cost adjustment system,
fuel expense has significantly decreased caused by the decline in crude oil price,
necessitating the revisions made.
