Indemnification criteria revision for harmful rumor of tourist business
We sincerely apologize to residents residing near the power stations and 
the general public for the tremendous inconvenience and anxiety that has 
arisen on account of the accident at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power 
Station and Fukushima Daini Nuclear Power Station (the "Accident").

We, in accordance with "the interim guidelines governing nuclear disaster 
compensation due to the accident at Fukushima Daiichi and Daini Power 
Stations" (the "Interim Guideline") decided per the Dispute 
Reconciliation Committee for Nuclear Damage Compensation on August 5 under 
the framework for Nuclear Damage Compensation including the Bill for 
Nuclear Damage Compensation Facilitation Corporation enacted on August 3, 
have informed the details of permanent indemnifications for damages to 
concerned corporations and sole proprietors: (announced on September 21)

We assumed 20% of the income reduction rate until August 31 not caused by 
"this accident"(mainly due to Great East Japan Earthquake ) regarding 
harmful rumor of tourist business in Fukushima, Ibaraki, Tochigi and Gunma 
prefecture based on the previous Indemnification criteria. 
We revised the indemnification criteria based on the tourism agency data 
published on October 25 for early agreement as follows.
We will recalculate invoiced amount based on the revised criteria.
