Fukushima Daiichi NPS Prompt Report 2013

Fukushima Daiichi NPS Prompt Report (Sep 20, 2013)Fukushima Daiichi NPS Prompt Report (Sep 14,2013)Tritium Density Result of Water Quality Survey inside the Port of Fukushima Daiichi NPS (Follow-up Information 53)

This is follow-up information on the latest situation concerning the detection of high densities of tritium and strontium in the observation hole located on the east of the Units 1-4 Turbine Buildings.

We would like to announce measurement result of cesium and all β on water in the groundwater observation hole No.2-6 located on the east of the Units 1-4 Turbine Buildings, sampled for the first time today on September 13.

<Measurement results on the groundwater observation hole No.2-6: Sampled on September 20>
· Cesium-134: Below the detection limit value (the detection limit value: 0.39Bq/L)
· Cesium-137: Below the detection limit value (the detection limit value: 0.45Bq/L)
· All-β: Below the detection limit value (the detection limit value: 18Bq/L)

We will continue sampling, analyzing, and monitoring the situation.
