Fukushima Daiichi NPS Prompt Report 2013

Around at 9:20 AM today (on September 25)^*, an associated company worker on patrol in F area tanks (on the north of Unit 6) found a bleeding on the heat insulator around a connecting pipe between H1 and H2 tanks, and found a trace of liquid dropping on the metal plate laid below the heat insulator.
