DOE expresses willingness to "continue to offer its experience and capabilities to assist the Japanese government and TEPCO, especially with regard to water contamination issues"

TOKYO Nov. 2, 2013. United States Department of Energy (DOE) Secretary Ernest Moniz released a statement on the decommissioning works and technological cooperation concerning Fukushima Daiichi.
