Title: Owner's Engineering Service at Phu-My 2-2 Combined Cycle Power Plant Project in Vietnam
Owner: Mekong Energy Company Ltd.
Term: February 1999 October 2004
Project Outline: Phu-My 2-2 in Vung Tau Province is a 715MW Gas-Fired Combined Cycle Power Plant Project of Electricity of Vietnam, to be developed and implemented under the Build, Own and Operate Transfer arrangement with the Ministry of Industry.

Project Outline: Chang-Bin (490MW in Changhua Province) and Fong-Der (490MWx2 in Tainan Province) are Gas-Fired Combined Cycle Power Plant Projects for IPP in Taiwan, to be developed and implemented under the Build, Own and Operate arrangement.
