Calls regarding emergencies such as power outages can be received 24 hours a day, every day.
It might be difficult to get through on Mondays (or the first day following a long holiday weekend) and between 9:00 to 10:00 daily.
It might not be possible to access the 0120 number from international calls, some IP phones, and similar means.
Your call will be first answered by an automatic voice response service that will inform what number to select for your corresponding inquiry.
Your call might be recorded in order to check the accuracy of the information you are reporting and to improve our service.
Be sure to always provide the phone number you are calling from so that we can call you back immediately if your call is cut-off unexpectedly due to line disturbance or similar problem when calling regarding an emergency such as a power outage.
