Postponement of the Release of FY2019 Financial Results

Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as, “TEPCO”) announced today that release of its FY2019 financial results, which was originally scheduled for April 30, will be postponed due to the work delay caused by the spread of Covid-19.

In light of the spread of Covid-19 within and outside of Japan and the declaration of a state of emergency by the national government, TEPCO is currently increasing the number of personnel who are working remotely in order to prevent the spread of the virus. Since many employees are now working in different environments, TEPCO has postponed the release of its financial results to May 15 at 3PM to ensure that preparations are completed properly.
