Integrated Solutions Leveraging TEPCO Group’s Strengths
When companies adopt EVs, installing on-site charging facilities is essential. However, upgrading or adding substation equipment can lead to significant costs. TEPCO Group offers optimal solutions combining on-site and public charging, based on energy assessments and vehicle operations, while promoting zero-emission EVs through renewable energy. Leveraging decades of expertise and group-wide capabilities, we deliver integrated packages—“Energy Conservation,” “Electrification (EV & Charging),” and “Renewable Energy”—to help customers achieve carbon neutrality.
In April 2021, TEPCO HD entered into a strategic alliance with Japan Post Group to advance carbon neutrality. This collaboration, spanning roughly 24,000 post offices nationwide, drives regional carbon neutrality and enhances resilience. In October 2021, pilot projects commenced at Oyama Post Office (Tochigi) and Numazu Post Office (Shizuoka). Beyond EV conversion and charging infrastructure, we assist post offices in transitioning to renewable energy, adopting solar power, and optimizing electricity use.
